Sport encourages values, occupation of idle time, and competitive spirit
Sport creates a path of living well, it promotes health and habits necessary for the development of human beings.
The communities in the regions where we work have large groups of children and youth that need to be attended to in this way, seeking to improve their chances, and be observed in competitive scenarios that could change their lifestyle: Estrella IES has defined sport as one of the of its corporate pillars, since it provides well-being, development, and rescues the free time of these children and young people.

THE PROPOSAL:

Lines of action focused on sports and forms of contribution

Foundations, schools, or communities organized in which there are initiatives focused on supporting and developing sports and the use of free time in childhood and youth age groups

Make Synergy with institutions, public or private, to help structure sustainable projects in the regions and highlight different interest groups with the aim of teaching them to seek sponsorship for their different needs

Support low income youth athletes that exhibit ongoing developing potential in high performance sports and to discover new talents.

Sponsor, in an optimal way, to prepare for the preparation and assistance of national and international competitions, travels, equipment, and uniforms.

Promotion of Volunteering employees and family groups

Employees donate their work hours to participate and contribute to the projects. They will also help collect voluntary donations towards the cause.
